Returns & Refunds Policy — UK Consumer Rights

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from:

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

⚠️ Important Exception:
This right does NOT apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Made-to-order products

2. Returns Process – Step by Step

Before returning any item, you must contact us first.

Return Procedure:

  1. Email us at info@bikerzkingdom.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
  2. Provide:
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Packaging
    • Any damage or defect
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Send the item back as instructed
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

🚫 Returns sent without prior approval may be refused


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is faulty
    • The item is incorrect
  • We strongly recommend:
    • Using a tracked service
    • Keeping proof of postage

We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unfitted
    • Uninstalled
    • In original condition and packaging

Important:
Any item that has been:

  • Installed
  • Attempted to be installed
  • Used in any way

➡️ Will NOT be eligible for a refund


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Printed-to-order graphic kits
  • Items ordered in the wrong size/model by the customer
  • Used, fitted, or installed items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

❗ Custom items are only eligible for refund or replacement if:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • We made an error (wrong item sent)

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence

Once confirmed:

  • We will cover return shipping
  • Offer a replacement, repair, or refund

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Delivery Charges:

  • Standard delivery is refundable (if the entire order is returned)
  • Upgraded shipping is non-refundable

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item:

  • Place a new order
  • Return the original item (if eligible)

9. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure the correct bike model, year, and variant are selected
  • Check compatibility before purchase

Orders placed incorrectly are not eligible for refund.
