🛡️ Returns & Refunds Policy — UK Consumer Rights

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK law, you have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel your order for any reason.

Once you’ve notified us of your intent to return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.


2. Returns Process – Step by Step

Before returning any item, please contact us first by email or through our website.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Send us clear photos of the item, packaging, and any defects/damage.

    • This helps us assess the problem and determine the correct resolution.

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

🚫 Do not return items without contacting us first — returns without pre-approval may be delayed or rejected.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit.


4. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

  • If returned items show signs of use, fitting, or installation, a refund will not be granted.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalised items (e.g. printed-on-demand graphic kits)

  • Incorrect size/model ordered by the customer

  • Used or installed items

  • Gift cards and clearance items

❗ Customised and made-to-order items will only be refunded if the error was ours (e.g. incorrect print, wrong item sent).


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with a description and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will assess the situation and cover return shipping if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

  • You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under UK consumer law.


7. Refund Timelines

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will include your original delivery charge (unless you chose an upgraded shipping method).

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.


8. Exchange Requests

If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, please place a new order and return the original (following the process above). Refunds for the returned item will follow our usual policy.
